Returns

You can return your item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags and packaging are intact

• You have the original proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

We do not accept returns on:

• Items marked Final Sale

• Worn, washed, or damaged items

• Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem!

• Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order

• We offer one free exchange per order

• If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a full refund

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong or defective item)

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• If your return is due to a Renegad error, we’ll cover the cost and provide a prepaid return label

2. We’ll review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps

3. Pack your item securely and send it to the return address we provide

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your return, exchange, or refund promptly
